Complex Site? Prefer Face to Face? We'll Come to You.
Some sites need eyes on. Some buyers prefer face-to-face. Either way, when a phone call doesn't quite cut it, one of our UK-based specialists will visit, walk the site with you, and put together a recommendation based on what they actually see.
"Synel are an outstanding company to work with. The installation team were excellent. We have ended up with a great solution that we plan to expand upon."

The same team that surveys it, installs it, and supports it.
Synel has its own UK-based engineering team. The specialist who walks your site is from the same team that designs the hardware layout, commissions it, and supports it once it's live. No subcontractor handovers. No promises made on site that get re-written by a third party two months later.

Common Questions
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. There's no fee, no deposit, and no obligation. We invest in seeing your site properly because it leads to better-fitted recommendations and better long-term customers. If we're not the right fit after the visit, we'll tell you that too.
Do you cover the whole UK?
Yes — the British mainland is fully covered by our regional specialists. We can also visit Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands; just give us a few extra days' notice so we can plan the trip properly.
Who attends from Synel, and how long does it take?
You'll meet a UK-based solution specialist, often accompanied by an engineer for more complex sites. A typical single-site visit takes 60–90 minutes; a multi-site portfolio walk-through is usually scheduled across a day or two.
What should we have ready?
Nothing formal. A site contact who can show us around, ideally a rough idea of your existing access control or T&A setup, and any specific pain points you'd like us to look at. Drawings or floor plans are a bonus but not required.
Can you survey occupied sites without disrupting operations?
Yes. We're used to working around live operations — classrooms in session, factory shifts running, healthcare wards in use. The visit is structured around your day, not the other way around.
What happens after the visit?
You'll get a written summary within a few working days, including a recommended approach, an indicative scope, and a no-obligation quote where appropriate. From there, the next step is yours — we don't chase.
Prefer to Talk First?
Not every conversation needs a site visit. If you'd rather start with a phone call, we can do that too.
